How to Heal in Mortal Shell 2
Last verified: 2026-08-24
Quick answer
Heal with the flask. There are 23 Healing Upgrades: Revered Glands add uses, Synaptic Vessels raise the amount per use. The game does not show a collection counter — you have to track them yourself.
The two upgrade types
| Type | Does | Count in the 23 |
|---|---|---|
| Revered Glands | More heals per rest | Part of the 23 |
| Synaptic Vessels | Bigger heals | Part of the 23 |
Older community lists that stop at 21 are incomplete. We are not inventing a button prompt or a flask display name until we screenshot the current UI.
Quick answers
Why doesn’t my menu show 12/23?
There is no in-game healing-upgrade counter. Checklists live on external guides.
