Steam and location guides agree there are 8 melee weapons. The Iconoclast is the prologue starter and has no location shots in the published guide. The other seven have mapped screenshots on their own pages.

Progress to the end to find the weapon. First room: walk backwards through the wall facing the statue; other rooms: hit push-block floor switches.
Follow the main path until you drop down a long hole; weapon is on a body beside an enemy.
Progress through the dungeon; defeat the 4 enemies in the locked room to access the room with the weapon.
Progress to the end; defeat miniboss Prophet of Profane Infinities; weapon is obtained automatically.
Progress to the end; defeat Twin Sesters and Stray Sesters to receive the weapon.
Northeast of The Silent Steps Beacon; highest northeastern point; Bone Gate to the tower nearer the eastern Corrupt Gate; press the button on the back of the tower; weapon is inside behind an enemy.
Follow Sariel through Chamber of Becoming; defeat him again; break 4 tombstones; weapon is obtained automatically. This file is the last <img> in the weapons article, placed next to shells_40.
