As of 2026-08-24, PowerPyx warns Berserker’s Stone can be locked out after you take the Heart of Vatra and leave — possibly even in NG+. Recheck after patches.
Why two numbers
75 is the collection list. 73 is the achievement target. Both PowerPyx and the Steam tracker use 73 for Stoned.
Top of the stairs at the back; pick up the Heart of Vatra from the statue's hands. Article also warns to take the nearby Tarstone chest first or the area locks.
